Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the FineHide India website (www.finehideindia.com). By accessing or placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the FineHide India website and the purchase of products available through it. FineHide India reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on our website. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement or that you are using the site under the guidance of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products & Pricing

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We accept payments through secure, encrypted payment gateways. FineHide India is not responsible for any payment failures due to third-party issues. Your order is confirmed only upon successful payment processing.

5. Warranty

FineHide India provides a 6-month warranty on manufacturing defects for all products. This warranty covers defects in craftsmanship and materials under normal use conditions. It does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence

• Normal wear and tear

• Products modified or altered after purchase

• Damage from improper care or storage

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 3 calendar days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original condition

• Original tags must still be attached

• Items must not have stains, marks, or visible damage

• Items must be in original packaging

A pickup fee of ₹199 will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds are issued as Store Credit valid for 6 months. The following items are non-returnable:

• Personalized or custom-made leather orders

• Items purchased during Flash Sales or from the Surplus section

7. Cancellation Policy

Customers may raise a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing an order. To cancel an order:

• Sign in to your account and go to My Account

• Click on Orders and select the relevant order

• Click the Cancel button under the Actions column

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to images, text, logos, product descriptions, and design elements, is the exclusive property of FineHide India and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Reproduction or distribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

FineHide India shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
