- Returns are accepted within 3 calendar days of purchase.
- A minimal pickup fee of ₹199 will be deducted from the order value.
- This amount must be paid via UPI to the number provided by our support team.
- Refunds are issued as Store Credit valid for 6 months.
- Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.
- Items must have their original tags attached.
- Products with stains, marks, or visible damage will not be accepted.
Return & Exchange Process

- Returns and exchanges will only be processed after the product is received at our warehouse.
- Once the returned product arrives, our team will perform a quality inspection and verification process.
- After successful quality check approval, the refund, return, or exchange process will be initiated.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the complete refund or exchange process after the product is received and verified at our warehouse.
- Customers are requested to remain patient during the inspection and processing period, as we aim to ensure a smooth and fair resolution for every order.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or custom-made leather orders.
- Items purchased during "Flash Sales" or from the "Surplus" section.
