1. Order Processing

All orders are verified, quality-checked, and packaged at our fulfilment centre before dispatch. Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on public holidays may experience a delay of 1 business day.

 

2. Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, delivery is estimated as follows:

        Standard Delivery: 3–6 business days

        Remote or rural locations may require additional 1–2 business days

 

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

 

3. Shipping Coverage

We ship across India. Currently, we do not offer international shipping. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your pincode, please contact our support team before placing your order.

 

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. We periodically offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated on the website.

 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this tracking number on the respective courier partner’s website to monitor your delivery status in real time.

 

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please share your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or resolution at no additional cost to you.

 

7. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to the customer being unavailable or an incorrect address being provided, the courier may make up to 2 re-attempt deliveries. After that, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
